To provide a seamless and professional experience, all rentals include scheduled delivery, professional setup, and post-event pickup.
Delivery fees are based on your event venue location, travel distance, setup requirements, and pickup time.
Delivery Zones
Zone 1 (0–15 miles): Starting at $85
Zone 2 (16–30 miles): Starting at $125
Zone 3 (31–50 miles): Starting at $175
50+ miles: Custom quote required
After-Hours Pickup
Events requiring pickup after 8:00 PM will be picked up the next day.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure the setup area is accessible at the scheduled delivery time. Additional fees may apply for:
- Stairs or elevator access
- Long walking distances from parking to setup location
- Delayed venue access
- Major setup changes after arrival
Delivery fees are calculated separately from rental pricing and will be confirmed during booking and appear on your invoice once you confirm and book.
