Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your event date and begin the design planning process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance will be divided into two additional payments to make the process convenient and manageable:

50% deposit due at booking to secure the date

Second payment due midway through the planning process

Final payment due on or before the day of the event
All payments must be completed prior to or on the event date in order for services to be provided. This payment structure allows us to reserve materials, plan design elements, and prepare your event with the attention and care it deserves.
By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this payment schedule and booking policy.
